This place usually my go to place,but today was not it. I was on a time crunch being on lunch and I waited 5 mins at the drive thru and still did not get service or any a hello. I know they are open because I see people walking in and out with their food.

What even is this? 12/2/25 went through drive through at 8:23pm. Just a bunch of high schoolers so not even worth trying to get fixed 🤷♀️ But I did call and the manger helped a lot!

Ordered grilled chicken and water for my 1 year old and they charged me $2.89 for the water.. I saw the receipt and sadly had to request a refund for the water. I cannot pay almost $3 for iced water. My baby was crying because he expected me to hand him water and he was thirsty but I went to Culver’s and got it for free. Andy’s also gives free water, as does Starbucks, Chick Fill A and most restaurants and nowhere on hwy 9 charges even a dollar, much less 3.

I recently went inside with an online order for the boneless wings and in the dining room there were kids running around so therefore I sat on a more secluded side then an employee puts up a sign that says employees only and as I leave I hear the same employee say “they’re finally leaving”. To add my brother and I both experienced vomiting after eating the wings. -5 stars honestly but I am forced to put one.

Ordered doordash so not sure how service is inside the restaurant, i'm sure it's good based on reviews but the food was awful. I ordered tenders & the buffalo ranch fries. It was bland, soggy, the tenders were dry and oversalted, the fries were soggy the cheese was cold the chicken was dry. Before you come at me saying it's doordash so obviously the fries would be be soggy & bland, I always doordash fries from other places and they are still pretty crispy. The entire order tasted like it was frozen pre-heated from sysco. I had high expatations based off reviews, but unfortunately this was expensive and awful
