I won’t be going back to this location to get any prescriptions ever! The pharmacist Marvin was rude and showed no concern for patient care. He has no customer service skills and wouldn’t allow me to get my medicine because the pharmacy was 2 minutes past closing when there was still a customer in front of me checking out.

This is absolutely the WORST Walgreens to go to. Drive the extra 13-30 minutes to go to a different one. It’s worth it! To start off these employees have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve gave them so many chances thinking “oh maybe it’s a bad day for them” to it just being a standard for this walgreens. I’ve never had a pharmacist ask why i get 2 of something THAT I AM PRESCRIBED AND NEED TO LIVE. Why are you asking like it’s your business? And if it’s being prescribed why the unnecessary comments? Do your job and keep it pushing. There’s no urgency in this store AT ALL. You will wait in the pharmacy drive thru for HOURS, and when you do… don’t go inside thinking it will be quicker because it usually turns out to be even longer. You can see the staff is miserable and don’t like their job. DO BETTER. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and made the best decision switching to inman. They are so quick & care about their customers.

The pharmacy cashier caught an attitude with me when my prescription wasn’t ready. I wish I knew her name but she did not have a name tag on. Pretty African American girl running the cashier in pharmacy.

As if the overall 2.5-star rating weren’t bad enough, I feel compelled to add to it, this location deserves a 1-star rating. My mother was recently discharged after a lengthy hospital stay and needed her medications promptly. The prescriptions were called in just after lunchtime to ensure they would be ready. We arrived to pick them up around 6:45 PM. Despite the app showing that the prescriptions were ready, the drive-through was closed. My mother, newly on oxygen, had to get out of the car to retrieve her medications. Once inside, we were told only a partial order had been filled and that we would need to return the next day for the rest. My mother explained that she needed her medications that evening to avoid a hospital readmission, yet the staff showed no urgency. We are still waiting for the remainder of the order to be filled. This location clearly lacks organization, communication, and the sense of urgency required when patients rely on medications to stay healthy. After seeing other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. After multiple negative experiences, and previously avoiding posting reviews, this latest incident has convinced us to find other options. If you choose to use this location, exercise caution, especially if you need timely access to medications for urgent health needs.

The worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. At least one staff member is rude, impatient, or dismissive every time - filled prescriptions here around two dozen times. I know there are good people here, but now that Advanced RxCare is open (and Boiling Springs Pharmacy is on my radar), I'll never come back.
