I had been shopping around for about a month when I went into Queen City. Randy met me when I walked in and was very helpful in helping me pick out all the items I wanted. When we sit down to go through all the items for a quote Cianna and Randy took their time to answer all my questions and ensured I was able to get all the appliances I needed. I ended up getting all items there and a mattress and adjustable base. Bill assisted with his extensive experience with different products. Everyone in the store made me feel like I had known them my entire life. It was more like talking to friends. I will definitely go back for future purchases and recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great experience 😀

I've been twice so far, once for a couch and then for a mattress. They were great to work with and you feel welcomed immediately. This store is not overwhelming like most furniture stores. They keep a great stock and they allow you to really feel like you are at home. Randy is the man! He is awesome to talk to and makes the deal happen. When I go next time I will make sure that Randy is my sales associate.

We have shopped every furniture store in the upstate and some in NC, but we found Queen City today! Randy was so helpful, very knowledgeable and just great to deal with all around. The prices, selection and "quality "are the best around, we know! I highly recommend you start with them, you won't want to go anywhere else! Thank you Randy for all your help.

I stopped by Queen City Homestore yesterday morning looking for a lift chair, and Randy was incredibly helpful walking me through the options. He gave me a great deal on a floor model that was in excellent condition, and he and Bill even helped load it into my car. When I got home and couldn’t find help to move it inside, Randy went above and beyond by driving over and helping me get it into my bedroom. Outstanding service and genuinely good people — I highly recommend Queen City to anyone looking for furniture.
