The Receptionist and nurse were very friendly, personable, and helpful. Dr. Anderson was very attentive and kind to both my father and myself. It never felt rushed and he asked several times if we had any questions after our diagnosis and plan of care. He was very patient and listened. The facility was also very clean.

I had a great experience with Dr. Matt Anderson and the lady that assisted me before Dr. Anderson. They were very friendly and I had a good conversation with them. The lady at the front desk could have been more welcoming considering that I was there because of not feeling well. This was my first visit at the facility and will continue using them. I am a retired IT professional and one of my jobs was in a hospital in Virginia.

Was taken back right away. I had been there before so no paperwork to fill. Everyone from the Medical Assistant to the Doctor were all very cordial and professional.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care To anyone that need immediate medical assistance . Frist and foremost , you are greeted with an atmosphere' that welcome your presence . The front desk team greets you by say hello , and how can I help you with full attention. A friendly smile , I was really extra impressed by a particular employee name Ms Brandi . Her understanding of my issue with payment processing was reassuring my payments., In clear terms and language. I had many questions concerning medication , and other questions regarding my visit , she never answered without discussing or double check with other staff members. Also the timing was supper , got in triage in a short time . MevShea , the clinical team was kind and generous in her response as she made us aware and informed me it would be quick for our test results, Finally, our Best confidant was Dr Gainey ,his all hands on deck , the professional attitude, and his medical knowledge was outstanding. Urgent care visits can be somewhat stressful but this group was amazing. Brandi at the front desk was kind and supportive, Krystya and Kim were gentle and supportive during my X-rays, and Dr.Gainey answered all of questions while showing exercise examples with a smile. You can tell from the positive atmosphere that this is a great place to be and they truly want to help.
