I had a great experience with Sheila Young in the Boiling Springs office. I worked with another H&R Block representative for years, but she recently moved out of state. After getting the initial recommendation for Sheila, I found another source that similarly endorsed her. I was able to make an appointment that matched my schedule, uploaded all of my documents to their website (which I highly recommend you do in advance) then met with her. She was both personable and professional, and she asked all the right questions. She also thoroughly went over my return with me, differentiating last year from the prior year. She also gave me several excellent strategies/tips for next year. I am very happy I found her and look forward to working with Sheila Young and H&R Block next year.

Melissa at the Boiling Springs, SC branch was amazing helping me with my difficult taxes (multiple states, royalties, 1099's) & even looked at previous years to see if I qualified for some money back. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

My wife and I have been going to H&R Block for many years. Our agent the past 2 years genuinely loves her job and it shows, Sheila is awesome, she helps us, guides us, and informs us on things to do to help our situation. Love working with her, also we go to the block because we have never had an issue with taxes after they were done, even when the fees were outrageous, but this year with the new structure of fees it locked us in that much more.
