I can’t say enough good things about this peds office. All of the staff has been great since day 1. They always go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. They are fast at getting appointments and also fast response times. Dr Latapally is one of the best peds we have had. She listens to concerns we may have. Offers advice and guidance. Shes fantastic.

My kids have been going here for a few years. I have no complaints. We are very happy with Dr.Sayles. The only rude woman I ever encountered was at the desk when we checked out but she’s no longer working there. :)

I would not recommend. My last few experiences with Dr. Latapully and her nurses have not been so good. After Dr L said lab would be in a few minutes to do bloodwork, they turned into over 30 minutes. Until a nurse walks in our room and asks what we are waiting for. I told her lab, she left and came back and said Oh, shes not here shes at lunch , the Dr did not put an order in for her anyways. 🙄 I did let the manager know and she was very attentive and took care of the issue right there. I will not be taking my kids back as their health to the provider and her nurses are not her priority. I have also filed a grievance with our insurance.

This is the worst pediatrics office I have ever been to. I recently moved here from out of state. They are saying that they are dismissing my oldest grandson because of a medication that I thought someone took, and it was actually another person. The manager and she said well I should have reported that because they dismissed both of my grandchildren. Originally they said it was a no-show because of my grandson. Told him that that was not true because we’ve never missed an appointment. Tomorrow is my second grandson’s two month old check up and they decide to tell us we are dismissed from the practice. We never received a certified letter. They won’t even check to see who actually signed for it. She tell me I should’ve done my research and called back to say that I stated that the wrong person took my grandson‘s medicine. Where do you do that to report that? I am not a lawyer and I do not work in their Office, so how would I know. The doctor seem to give up on you well one doctor in particular because she gets agitated. Otherwise, the rest of the staff minus one medical assistant are very professional and very nice. I will be reporting this and they can go before me and say anything and they can put false documents or anything in there but I am still reporting this trashed out. Pediatrician. Never go there if they had negative stars, I would’ve given the negative to the infinity .

Absolutely amazing doctors. Our doctor is very responsive and super nice! I have 2 kids and they both love her. Dr. Vajta is so nice and soft spoken and understanding with my concerns. Questions that I’ve asked that made me feel were kinda dumb or that I feel as if I should know considering I have 2 children, she is more than willing to talk everything over with me to ensure that I feel confident moving forward in caring for my little ones and reminds me that every child is different and not to worry. I’ve brought them in on sick visits and met with other doctors and they all seem very knowledgeable. I feel as if everyone on this staff enjoys what they do and go above and beyond to care for the children (and parents!) that walk through their doors.
