I’ve took my truck to Ben two different times and he’s fixed it both times plus he fixed some the dealership tried fixing and couldn’t get it right he didn’t charge no where near what the dealership charged!!!!!! Super nice guy!!!! He’ll definitely get my work!!!!

I had an engine problem with my 1990 Chevrolet 1500 truck that several automotive repair places had tried to fix but couldn't. Ben Christopher would not rest until he figured out the problem. He spent more time on my truck than all other repair shops combined. He finally figured out the problem and fixed my truck. He also had to fix what the other mechanics screwed up. I would have to say he is the best mechanic that I have found. He is on Giles Rd in Boiling Springs. Jimmy Phillips / Lake Bowen, SC

Do not waste you time and money. I have an old project car ( 1977 Chevy) ,I droped it off for power steering fluid leak, when I called Ben after a few weeks, he started to give me fuzzy answer with awful attitude, finally after long discussion he said he is waiting for parts when call back again later, he said they sent wrong parts. Finally fixed some parts of power steering leak , but right after two weeks same leaking issue. I never ever recommended this guy.

Brought my car here after my family had used this location for years. Had bent a rim from a pothole on the interstate, Ben confirmed the wheel was bent and did not do a complete inspection and completely missed the rear wheel on the same side was equally bent. Had to bring it back to get the second wheel replaced after the car being out of service for 4 days. Got into a verbal altercation with my dad after he heard about me bringing the car back for said reason. Fast forward a couple years and he flat out denied to quote my car for a head gasket. Ben picks and chooses customers and will deny you when there’s a bad experience.

Unacceptable service and zero transparency. I was told to bring my car in on [date], anytime after [time], and that I’d receive a call with a quote. I dropped it off early that morning—by the afternoon, still no word. After four calls just to get someone on the line, I was told, “I’m too busy to look at it today.” At no point was I told this would take multiple days, especially not just to get a quote. I made arrangements to be without a car for the day based on what you told me. Instead, my vehicle sat untouched, and I was met with attitude for not knowing I’d be without it indefinitely. That kind of miscommunication and disregard for a customer’s time is inexcusable. I could have gone to any competent mechanic and had a quote—and likely the work—done same day. Instead, I wasted my time here. I got a ride back, got my car and left.
