Reviews are often knee-jerk reactions, but how often do you have an experience that is so impactful more than a year after work is completed that you feel compelled to take time out of your day to write one? Well, here goes. I went out this morning to vacuum my pool and couldn't believe how absolutely clear and stunning our water and liner are. Pool Time replaced our aging liner before the season started last year. Those drains in the picture are 6' down! Awesome! I asked the team at Pool Time to pick out the liner and border for me in the fall of 2022 and provided the deposit. Nearly 2 years later, we're ecstatic about the workmanship and outcome. We're utilizing Pool Time for our 5th season for pool water testing and balancing as well. Their guidance is awesome and they engage in actual conversation about your pool to understand what's working (and what may not be working). Thank you so very much, Nancy and Pool Time Family!!

These people are great to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and very customer oriented. They do not try to "up sell" things you don't need but actually try to save you money. A quality that is very rare to find anywhere these days. They are very experienced in the pool business. Over the past several years they have replaced my filter, pump, the plumbing, and also the liner (not all at once). Previous pool service companies I have used over the past 20 or more years, would come over to do repairs and end up breaking something else just to either inflate the bill or just didn't know what they were doing, either way ended up costing me more money unnecessarily. I have been through 5 other pool companies in the past and Pool Time and Supplies is by far the one I would recommend for any and all pool needs. I cannot stress enough the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. and Mrs. Pruitt, the owner/operators of Pool Time and Supplies.
